Four Seasons Health Care recruiting for over 100 jobs in the South West

Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK’s largest independent health care providers, is looking for adventurous and compassionate people to join their team at care homes across the South West

The announcement comes following the recently published England and Wales Census 2021 results, which revealed a 20% increase in the number of people aged over 65 over the past decade.

At the same time, recently released data from Skills for Care found vacancies in the care sector rose to 11.1% by August 22, representing a 50,000 fall in filled posts – the highest levels since records began in 2012. The same data revealed that the South West had a vacancy rate of 12%.

Recruiting at all levels, roles are available across Care, Nursing, Home Support and Catering with both full and part-time positions on offer.

Four Seasons Health Care is currently recruiting across all of the South West, with care homes based in:

  • Bristol
  • Bath
  • Somerset
  • Wilshire

There is no prior experience necessary for many of the roles on offer and innovative training programmes are in place to empower employees to take control of their own career path.

Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants have the opportunity to undertake the accredited Care Home Assistant Practitioner [CHAP] programme. Featuring dynamic, hands-on training, the CHAP programme develops the leadership skills, technical knowledge and practical experience to rapidly advance a career in social care.
