Woman shouted abuse at members of the public in Plympton

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was abusive to members of the public in Plympton on Wednesday 30 October 2013.

The incident happened between 4.30pm and 4.45pm in Coypool Road at the entrance to the cycle track.

A woman driving a black Volkswagen Bora mounted the kerb and shouted abuse at a couple.

A number of witnesses are believed to have been in the area at the time.

The woman is described as white, of large build, 5ft 10” tall, in her mid twenties, with a round face and brown hair tied back.

She was wearing a blue cardigan with a patterned scarf, grey top, black leggings and flat black shoes.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information that may assist with the investigation is asked to call police on 101 quoting EP/13/1153, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
