Wanted man with links to Plymouth

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a man wanted on recall to prison.

Paul Loach (born 13 April 1963) is wanted on recall to prison after he breached his licence conditions.

Loach has links to Bury and the Blackley area of Greater Manchester.

He also has links to Plymouth.
