Have you got what it takes to be one of the cleverest people in Britain – officially?

Mensa, the high IQ society, will be holding a supervised test session in Plymouth on November 22 to give residents chance to find out their IQ score.

Mensa membership is available to anyone with an IQ in the top two per cent nationally.

The session will be held at the University of Plymouth in Drake Circus at 11am.

As well as finding out their IQ, those who take the test will also get a free personality profile from Mensa.

British Mensa has 21,000 members of all ages and from all walks of life, who enjoy a varied social events programme and keep in touch through a monthly magazine, regional newsletters and more than 100 special interest groups ranging from classical music to chocolate.

The supervised test costs £24.95 and must be booked in advance. The test is not suitable for children under 10 and a half, who are admitted to Mensa on the evidence of an educational psychologist.

To book, visit www.mensa.org.uk/iq-tests, call 01902 772771 (select option 1) or email bookatest@mensa.org.uk

Everyone who achieves an IQ score within the top two per cent of the population will be invited to join Mensa.
