The team behind the iconic Mayflower Autonomous Ship which will sail out of Plymouth, UK, to Plymouth, USA in 2020 to commemorate 400 years since the Mayflower set sail is delighted to welcome a new project sponsor!

As the flagship of the Mayflower 400 celebrations, it will mark a moment in history that changed lives on both sides of the Atlantic irreversibly and with courage and vision, and captures the spirit of discovery.
The Mayflower Autonomous Ship will be solar powered, with cutting-edge battery and renewable energy capture, capable of travelling to inhospitable parts of the world to conduct scientific research and collect data. Built in Plymouth and the south west.
