
Man charged following serious assault
Police have charged a suspect in connection with an incident in Saltash earlier this week.
Andrew Barker, 25, from Saltash has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon following an incident in Alamein Road, Saltash on Tuesday 27 May.
He has been remanded into Police custody to attend Bodmin Magistrates court today,Thursday 29 of May.
Police were called to an adress in Alamein Road at around 2pm on Tuesday to reports of an injured man. The 19-year-old local man was then airlifted to Derriford Hospital suffering from a number of stab wounds to his body.
