Local housebuilder set to bring 126 new homes to Tiverton

A local housebuilder has been given the green light for an exciting new development in Tiverton.  

Work is set to begin at Barratt’s Blundell's Grange development with planning now officially granted for 124 private and affordable new homes.

Blundell’s Grange will comprise of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes from the award-winning developer, Barratt Homes, offering high-spec properties that will suit the needs of all buyers regardless of where they are in the house purchasing journey.

With planning permission now approved, homes are proposed to go on sale from January 2027.
