Gary Courtney wanted for prison recall

Police in Plymouth are seeking a 31-year-old man who is wanted for a recall to prison.

Plymouth man Gary Courtney, is currently wanted by police after failing to comply with the conditions of his licence following his release from prison.

He was originally convicted of assault.
 
Courtney is descirbed as a white male, 31 years of age. 5’8”  in height of medium build and brown eyes, and short blonde hair. He has pierced left ear gold coloured hoop in situ, tattoo on left arm a rose with words “in loving memory of my sister”.

He is still believed to be in the Plymouth area.

The Ministry of Justice have revoked his licence due to the non compliance of the conditions imposed and anyone who knows his current whereabouts or has seen him recently is asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 745 131213.
