Cornwall says Yes to Bloor Homes: new homes reservations take off at launch

Bloor Homes’ first development in Cornwall has got off to a flying start with 12 reservations; ten of them prior to the official launch of its showhomes and sales centre at the start of the month [June].

Bloor Homes, which is completing phases 2 and 3 of the development at Saltash, with the construction of 613 new homes as part of a wider development of 1000 new homes, is pleased with how well its new homes have been received.

Sara Parker, Sales Director for Bloor Homes’ Exeter region, said: “To have this many reservations ahead of the launch and a further two at the launch of the new showhomes is fantastic, especially as this is our first development in Cornwall.

Visitors are able to use the 3D digital model to see how the plots they are looking at sit within the street and wider development while the development is being built. It’s a fantastic tool!”

Bloor Homes is building a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes at Treledan. The two showhomes, a four bedroom Langley house style and four bedroom Dawlish house style showcase everything Bloor Homes has to offer.

Sara adds: “Now the digital sales suite and showhomes are open we have so much to show people. We look forward to welcoming visitors to see it for themselves.”

When finished, residents will have access to parkland, children’s play areas, allotments, community orchards, forest gardens and sports pitches. There will also be a new cycleway across the whole site, a new footbridge over the A38 and a new access roundabout from the A38.
