Christmas opening hours at Drake Circus
For those looking to fit in some last-minute festive shopping, Drake Circus has confirmed its opening times for the run up to Christmas.
From Monday 20th – Friday 24th December the centre’s shopping hours will be:
- Monday 20th – Wednesday 22nd December: 9am – 6pm
- Thursday 23rd December: 9am – 8pm
- Friday 24th December (Christmas Eve): 9am – 5pm
Restaurants and leisure sites in Drake Circus The Barcode will be open as late as midnight during the week and 1am on Friday and Saturday for festive food and fun, but be sure to check with retailers directly for their opening hours.
Drake Circus is home to over 70 brands, including new arrivals Omega, Breitling, Tag Heuer, BOSS and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as Cineworld, BrewDog, Las Iguanas and Cosy Club.
Greg Lumley, centre director at Drake Circus, said: “We know many people have started their Christmas shopping early this year, but there’s also many who still have plenty to do or those last few bits to buy. We’re open right up until Christmas Eve, and look forward to welcoming visitors doing their festive shopping or spending some quality time with friends and family – right up until the big day.”
The centre continues to have extra measures in place to help visitors feel safe. Face coverings are now compulsory in the centre, including in stores and cinemas, and there are hand sanitising stations in place, along with enhanced cleaning regimes.
Customers can enjoy discounted parking at Drake Circus from £4 after 5pm or from just £2 after 5pm at The Barcode.
The centre’s opening times for the rest of the festive period are:
- Christmas Day – closed
- 26th December (Boxing Day): 11am – 5pm
- 27th & 28th December: 9am – 6pm
- New Year's Eve: 9am – 5pm
- New Year’s Day: 11am – 5pm
- 3rd January 2022 (Bank Holiday Monday): 9am – 6pm
Please note these opening hours may vary by store especially on Bank Holidays, we would always recommend checking with individual retailers before setting off, to avoid disappointment.
