Arrests following three robberies in Plymouth

Two men have today (6 November) been arrested in connection with three armed robberies in the Plymouth area this week.

The Plymouth men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of robbery following early morning incidents at Morley Service Station in Plymstock on 4 November, and Muldowney Newsagents in Plympton and PA & DJ Drummond newsagents in Leigham on 5 November.

The men remain in custody at Charles Cross police station in Plymouth.

Police enquiries continue and detectives are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111, quoting crime reference number CR/119782/14 (for Plymstock) or CR/119880/14 (Plympton and Leigham).
