Appeal to locate wanted man on recall to prison

Police in Plymouth have issued a photograph of a man who is wanted for recall to prison.

They are actively looking for Leon Brinton a 21-year-old local man who is wanted for recall to prison after breaching his prison licence conditions.

Brinton (pictured) is described as white, 5ft 8ins, of medium build and has a Plymouth accent

Brinton, who was convicted of burglary and theft, is believed to be in the Plymouth area.

Officers are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to ascertain his whereabouts and intend to arrest him once located.

Police would ask members of the public not to approach him but to call 101 quoting police reference 400 240914 with any information about his whereabouts.
