Councillor Brian Vincent, Cabinet Member for Environment said: “Everyone has worked really hard on their entries again this year and I’d like to say a big thank you to those who’ve entered and made such a great contribution to the campaign. It has been a wonderful success with lots of new residents, community groups and businesses taking part.”

Bernard Todkill, Chairman, Plymouth in Bloom committee said: “This was our first full Plymouth in Bloom campaign for the committee and it’s been really rewarding for all of the volunteers.
