The 2.47-acre plot will be transformed to feature a collection of three, four and five-bedroom family homes. Many will feature single or double garages, landscaped gardens, luxury fitted kitchens and bathrooms. As part of the developer’s continued commitment to sustainability, a selection of homes will also feature smart home technology and vehicle charging points.

Grayham Tucker, Operations Director for Burrington Estates New Homes, comments: “We are really pleased to be acquiring this site as it is in a good location, with easy access to rail and road links and homeowners will also benefit from much of the site having a mature tree-lined boundary.”

Grayham continues, “With both Blundells and Uffculme School within easy reach, we are already experiencing huge demand for these new homes.”

Burrington Estates New Homes continues to support the local community in which it will serve by providing a financial contribution to Devon County Council Education, estimated to be in excess of £100k, which will go towards primary education and Phase 1 of the refurbishment of Amory Park, Tiverton.

The property developer will also include careful consideration, when redeveloping the land, for the number of protected trees on the site and the environmental charter sets out they will instigate or support at least one environmental activity for this development.

The South West developer has gained a reputation for quality house building and Burrington Estates New Homes promises to bring the same attention to detail as with all of its other sites located throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.
