Track Father Christmas

Any parent who has ever been asked the question ' But how does Father christmas deliver all the presents in one night?' needs to visit http://www.noradsanta.org

This fantastic website allows its users to ' track'  where Father Christmas is currently flying with his reindeer.

At 13.50 today St Nicholas had just visited Tokyo, with his next stop being Kyto.

The man in red had also managed to deliver over 841,000,000,000 presents!

The tradition of tracking Father Christmas (or Santa) began back in 1955 after a Colorado Springs-based Sears Roebuck & Co. advertisement misprinted the telephone number for children to call Santa. Instead of reaching Santa, the phone number put kids through to the CONAD Commander-in-Chief's operations "hotline." The Director of Operations at the time, Colonel Harry Shoup, had his staff check the radar for indications of Santa making his way south from the North Pole. Children who called were given updates on his location, and a tradition was born.

The website is still a huge hit to this day, with an estimated 22.3 million unique visitors flocking to the site.
