REVIEW: CLUBNIGHT biza Anthems makes a magical debut in Torquay

A packed night at Arena Torquay on 28 March 2026 saw CLUBNIGHT Ibiza Anthems deliver a vibrant celebration of classic dance music to the heart of Torbay.

The launch event drew a diverse crowd of all ages, by a shared love of old-school Ibiza sounds. South Devon DJs Luna V, CA15LEY, B@SSFAITH and DJ Stride kept the energy high, guiding clubbers through more than four decades of dancefloor favourites. From the pulse of techno to the euphoria of trance and the groove of house, the night captured the evolution of Ibiza’s iconic musical legacy.

The atmosphere was notably upbeat and welcoming, with a strong sense of community throughout. Attendees embraced the nostalgic journey while newer fans experienced the roots of dance culture for the first time—highlighting the event’s appeal across generations.

CLUBNIGHT EVENTS is the brainchild of promoter ‘Q’, whose background in global brand promotion and the music scene has shaped a concept that blends heritage with a modern edge. The aim is clear: to revive the spirit of Ibiza while championing unity, freedom and musical expression.

Following on from the success, CLUBNIGHT are following up with two more old school events:

Escapism on 25 April 2026 | Escape Rooms, Torquay @ 5pm

Revisit – 02 May 2026 | The Boathouse Paignton @ 5pm.

Both nights are free entry and places can be secured by emailing: quen@q-ballmedia.co.uk

Ed Akay, Publicist, says: “The Launch of CLUBNIGHT events was a dream come true for us all and the hard work of Q, the promoter and his team really paid off. Many of us grew up on what are now classic Ibiza anthems and seeing the magic revisited and kept alive for new generations was a joy to behold. It is very important to promote local talent and knowing that South Devon based DJ’s have taken ravers on a journey through time is spectacular, grassroots DJs are what made the original acid house scene what it was in the first place.”
