Businesses on the lookout for stylish office premises on Plymouth's bustling waterfront are being steered to a brace of properties with outstanding views across the harbour.

"Overlooked by prestigious office and apartments, nearby occupiers include Foot Anstey, Bishop Fleming, Handlesbanken, Boston Tea Party and The Stable."

Mark Slade said the Jetty was a unique waterfront premises which offered a range of uses including offices, showroom or retail operations.

"The waterfront immediately adjoining the city centre and Barbican is becoming increasingly popular with businesses looking for a stylish and eye-catching base."

Mark Slade is also looking for new tenants for offices at Baylys Wharf adjoining the Fisheries Market.

The 1,925 Sq ft office offers first floor, open plan accommodation with equally attractive views across the harbour.

"Sutton Harbour is one of the city's best known marina and property operators and has made a significant contribution to the regeneration of the Plymouth waterfront.

"With commercial property stocks in increasingly short supply, we are confident these key harbour side locations will generate considerable interest."
