A husband and wife team are moving back to Plymouth Science Park where they met more than 15 years ago! Ben and Clare Stirling were the first couple to meet on the site and go on to become married.

Their award-winning business, ‘Made with Maturity,’ provides clients with a full range of services, from website design through to boosting your on-line profile with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and social media.

“We develop and deliver websites together with accompanying digital market strategies by working directly with clients and also technical agencies to deliver projects. We work with clients to understand their business strategy, so we can help enable growth,” explains Clare.

Their profile has grown rapidly since they set up the business in 2015 with the company’s ethos of positivity, honesty, integrity and family being at the heart of everything they do.

It means they set out to work with clients in a happy environment – even taking cookies to meetings with them and, as such, coining the hashtag - #sharethecookielove.

“For us, it’s all about relationships and collaboration. We are people focused and make time for others - all of our work comes from word of mouth referrals and recommendations.”

“The name Made with Maturity is derived from experience - we are not new to the industry and so have developed practical knowledge which provides us with a corporate knowledge and maturity that benefits the client.”

A lot has changed at Plymouth Science Park over the past fifteen years as the 25 acre site continues to expand and develop its reputation as a world leader in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

“Plymouth Science Park is a really special place for us,” says Clare. “It feels like we are coming home and it’s also a significant step for the business as we continue to develop our team. It’s not just about growing ‘Made with Maturity’ but growing it in the heart of the PSP family.”

Moving into PSP will create extra space and provide key opportunities for the team, which consist of four core staff members backed by a pool of 25 freelancers and partner companies.

The excellent on-site facilities, including a café, pond, woodland, car parks and access to mentors all provide key ingredients to ensure long term business success.

“Our long-term vision is to have our own building, so we need to have an incubation period where we can grow our business. PSP is specifically designed to provide the space which allows expansion and a stable platform for any company to develop and expand further.”
