Kitsons appoint new commercial property partner

Devon law firm Kitsons has appointed renowned Commercial Property specialist, Matthew Bryant, as a Partner in its Plymouth office.

The appointment complements an already successful and highly experienced team which is able to advise on every aspect of commercial property.

Matthew will specialise in freehold sales and purchases; 1954 Act business tenancy lease renewals; small business (asset) sales and purchases and transfers of going concerns especially in the retails and leisure sectors; sales and purchase of development sites for residential and commercial development; and general landlord and tenant and property advice. 

Matthew, a former Associate Solicitor at Nash & Co, has vast experience and is an extremely well-regarded individual in the city.

Matthew attended Plymouth College before reading Town and Country Planning at Manchester University. After gaining extensive experience working in the property sector in London, he then studied law at BBP Law School in London before qualifying as a solicitor in 2004.

Matthew is a past Chairman of Plymouth Round Table (2013/14) and he is actively involved in fundraising for local charities.
